    Hi, wondering whether there is any method to avoid this stroke overlapping with certain fonts. This is Outfit. Thanks.

    Seems you have the Variable font installed. The static one don´t show this issue when converted with Path->Object to Path. Please convert the variable font with Path->Union instead.
