Beginners' Questions Stroke lines not showing (made with the pen or pencil tool)

    I have messed up my settings for strokes some how.  The attached image shows a line where I have added an arrowhead.  As you can see the line is outlined with the dotted line where it is selected, but the lines dont show.  The stroke width is set to 5 px, opacity is set to 100%, blur is set to zero.  The style is set to solid line. 

     

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program.  Nothing seems to be working.  Shapes and paint brush seem to work as usual.

    Nevermind!  My Alpha opacity was set to zero!  All fixed!
