Snap to grid is working fine with rectangles. It works when I create a circle, but when I resize a circle, it does not snap. Is it just me? Many thanks
Thanks for such an amazingly prompt and helpful reply! Your video shows the snapping working as I would expect, whereas it is not so for me. I have a drawing with a rectangle and a circle. I am using the S tool. With snap-to-grid turned off, both shapes move freely. With it turned on, the rectangle snaps as expected, but the circle is still free. This applies to moving and resizing. (When creating the circle, it did snap as expected.)
It seems I need to turn on: âToggle snapping to smooth nodes, including quadrant points of ellipsesâ AND âToggle snapping to gridsâ. My mistake was I only had the latter turned on.

CanÂŽt confirm. Maybe use "S" to scale/transform rather than the Elipse-tool:

Maybe you can share a screenshot of your snapping settings.
Here attached is a video showing the problem.
Try these settings please:
You have solved my problem. Thank you so much.

Glad itÂŽs working now for you.
