Hello, I'm trying to draw curved-ruler that is marked at regular intervals for making clothes patterns.  I drew a straight ruler first and then arranged  along the curved path.  I think pattern long path are drawn along a middle of the path line. The distance of  between marking point changed.Is it possibe  if I can draw it  based on the top or bottom of the path like text can do?  Cause I am totally beginner I would like to know to know if there is another way to draw this curved pattern ruler. thank you.Â

Did you try ruler LPE ?
With pattern along path LPE, you can move the baseline of pattern : see options in LPE's panel.
