Problem: I downloaded two SVG files, each containing a leaf section of a topographic map of Berlin. (I don't know if "leaf section" this is the right translation of the German Blattschnitt) . I would like to join this two section in a SVG file.
Could someone tell me how can I do that, or where could I find a tutorial or some other form of explanation that would allow me to do it? I beg you to answer my question thinking that I ma almost a newby in Inkscape and I thank you in advance.

Is it two sections of a reference grid you want to join maybe?
You should be able to import them. Then use snap to align them to each other if you want to do that.
