Hi mipmip,
It looks very useful. Is there a specific use for these svg-stencils? Like, is it for mockups?
The stencils that you already have in the library, they look useful for designing interfaces.

But I only know stencils that are used in painting/ murals.
Could you please explain a little bit what the goal is of the website?
I am very interested to see if it is for more than mockups.

Hi Kirstie,

Thanks for your comment.

I made this site for everyone who likes to use stencils or components. Any stencil-category of which the community thinks it is useful is welcome. My experience with OmniGraffle and Sketch made me aware that Inkscape is missing a shareable categorized component library. OmniGraffle has thousands of stencils in many different categories, e.g. mockups, drawing, countries, doodles, charting, home and gardening planning, etc....

I truly hope this project will be picked up by the community and it will soon have many stencils in many categories to choose from. If you like I can help with the adding of a stencil, you made or like, to the svg-stencil-library. The stencil should be freely shareable.

Again. All (non-offending) stencils are welcome. When there are too many to list, I'll add rating, sorting and filtering functions, but for now it needs a minimal amount of content.
