I am a Chinese mainland user transitioning from Coreldraw.
I have been using Coreldraw for over a decade.
It was only recently that I discovered the replacement software Inkscape.
I plan to learn it and replace Coreldraw in my future work.
On the first day of learning, I found that there are gaps when filling closed areas with lines.
Please see the attachment I uploaded; I hope someone can help me solve this problem?

The FIll Tool has options an works zoom depended; the larger on screen the more precise it will become and it has options For "Grow/Shrink" parameters.
In this case the "Shape Builder" tool is quick and easy:
