I every time use the latest stable "appimage" version on Kubuntu.
I'm every time surprising when I start a new document in Inkscape, or, when I directly open (for importation) a PDF file.
The result is : An A4 document with GREY background ? ...why this strange setup ?Β π€¨ Why the default document not have a white background ?
After that, I make and save a new model "by default" with white background. Now it's ok, when I open a new document (CTRL+N), the document have a white background. BUT, from file explorer, if I make a right click on a PDF file to "open with Inkscape", Inkscape start, import the PDF and ...show the PDF with a GREY background π‘
So, can I definitely setup a white background for all file, new or importation? How to make this ?

It could be that the PDF does not contain a white background at all.
