Beginners' Questions Where is "A" (alpha) setting for Document Properties?

    I'm trying to set a black opaque background for a document, I've tried to follow directions I found, but don't see the Alpha slider on the Color Picker dialog box.

    It becomes an "Export Property" if you need it as a "real" background:
