The Center text alignment option sometimes has no effect on a line of text on macOS.
I can center the "Modern" line horizontally, but not the "Legacy" line. Example file attached.
As a workaround, I am duplicating the text blocks, using the generic object alignment tool to move a new block that only contains the line "Legacy" to the same location, and then using the generic object alignment tool to center relative to the overall text object. Ach, there seems to be no end to discovering ever more post-Catalina Inkscape bugs.
