Another way is to trace bitmap (play with settings) then I drew a triangle using the nodes on the tips of the ears and middle of bottom.
Then selected the triangle and Extensions Render /ย Draw From Circle / Circumcircle to get the circle.
Just another option.

There are several ways to do this.
Mine involves drawing a surrounding rectangle, a diagonal line and an Extension.
