Beginners' Questions Sculpt mode not working

    I cannot see any sculpting effect when pressing alt-key + klik-drag on a node as described in this manual.
    Am I missing something?

    I guessed that - but it´s in the description:

     

     The selected nodes at the end remain fixed, and all the other selected nodes will move a distance that is a function of how far they are from the dragged node
