Beginners' Questions popup message everytime I open the extension manager

    Hi, I'm a newby marveled with Inkscape, but I'm having this pythonw.exe popup message everytime I open the extension manager, talking about a unit A. that a port maybe open, and to verify unity A?? I believe I don't even have any unit A.

    It's my first intalation, my OS Windows, and (don't laugh) Windows 7.

    Can you anyone help me please?
