very new beginner here hoping someone can tell me what i need to do here.
I have a pdf that has layers (?) (as seen in the jpeg below showing the pdf import settings box), but when opening in inkscape the line diagram is blank. There is a "bounding box" indicating something is there, and all the paths are listed. Anyway i can get the line diagram to display that keeps the lines in their own "layer"?
Maybe try: Extensions->Arrange->Deep Ungroup and check if anything will be visible now. Could be all "gxxx" are clipping groups - in this case you may need to select everything and go Objects->Clip->Release Clip.

Note, all the paths have the eye open icon.
Thanks for any help.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply,
Actually it was something weird, by changing the stroke style to 0.500 px for the layer in question, the sketch suddenly appeared.
I got the tip from the company I downloaded the file from.
