Beginners' Questions Modify Tool Bars

    I have read posts that in earlier versions of Inkscape toolbars could be modified. I installed version 1.2.1 on a new Mac M2 and I can't find a way to modify any tool bars.

    Controls are available in the Preferences>Interface>Toolbars dialog.
