I'm completely new to Inkscape and learning the ins and outs of this program is an assignment from my boss who wishes us to start engraving. The engraver he has, has positioned the X and Y axis so that 0 0 is in the bottom left hand corner. On inkscape 1.1, the Y axis has the 0 in the upper corner of the ruler. Can this be inverted?

Go Preferences and type "Ruler" into the search field which leads to Interface where you can uncheck: Origin at upper left… requires restart.
