Launched Inkscape for the first time in macOS Catalina. Immediately two bugs popped up:
* Often impossible to close the Document Properties window.
* Document size parameters are misbehaving, resulting in inconsistent page sizes.
* Many dropdown menus are unusable: Unable to select values.
* The Save dialog is now broken and does not correctly interact with macOS directory access security settings.
I see that the access issue is reported as patched in master branch. Can we please get an stable binary release for Catalina users?

As for dropdown menus, as long as you can make the menu the active element, then keyboard arrow keys can help to navigate the different dropdown values.
