I am new to Inkscape. I downloaded i Inkscape beta 1.0, because that is what is available for Mac OS X. I am wondering if there is an iPad OS/iOS version being developed? I like to be able to work on it on my iPad too.
It would probably cost a few million dollars. Which is somewhat higher than $10.
I'm also not sure Apple would make it possible since GPL projects are banned on Apple iOS (AFAIK). They are politically opposed to Free Software projects like Inkscape.
Millions? I meant an app on the AppStore. For example, Procreate costs $9.99, and there is no subscription fee either. Couldn’t Inkscape be written in Swift using Xcode? I don’t know much about this subject, that is why I was asking.
Have a look at OffiInk on the ITunes store it claims to use the Inkscape app as a base and is therefore open source and free. I don't use it as I think my Ipad mini is far too old.
(It's also super slow, and full of advertising. The app itself is not open source, but it uses Inkscape running on a server. The company seems quite shady to me, given how they react on the browser extension stores.)

No, there is no such version.
Ok, thanks! Well, maybe the developers could work on this. I would pay $10.00 or less.😁

First it needs developers who rewrite Inkscape... Paying them would be costly.
Ok, I will just learn affinity designer for iPad, and learn Inkscape for Mac OS X.
