I want to make a fringe paper flower using my Cricut. But I am not able to figure it out. Please help!🙏

For the holes pattern: draw a rounded rectangle of final size. Draw a rectangle for 1 hole - use Edit->Clone->Create Tiled Clones… once happy with the spacing - select all clones and go Path->Union - add-select the rounded rectangle and go Path->Difference - voilá. For the "Picket fences" same procedure - but in the end go Path->Union.
