I'm very puzzled & am thinking I've selected / de-selected something in error as this used to work.... I'm using V1.3.2, newly installed today.

Here is an example of what is happening:

* I open a new document

* go to File: Document Properties: Display: Border. Uncheck the box.

* paste an arbitrary image onto the page, type some text or whatever.

* from the menu: Edit ---> Resize Page to Selection

* the resulting image has a border around the edge

Is there another way to add / remove a border from the image?

The border is just a visual indicator which you can disable in Document Properties.
