I've been using the LaTeX extension (Extensions -> Render -> Mathematics -> LaTeX (pdflatex)) in order to generate formulas in my figures. It works fine, but the text that it creates can sometimes appear in seemingly random locations, and with a size that may be quite small relative to the rest of the figure. This can lead to a rather silly process of me carefully searching through my document in order to locate the formula that I just created. Is there a solution to this? Something like "locate most recently created object"?
Try typing "3" on numpad : this focuses on the selected object (I often use this after doing Object > Pattern to Object, as the result is often send in weird places on canvas).
