    I'm trying to curve this path that looks like waves, on top of this curved path, I want to make it look like an "eyelashes", help me please! (I'm trying to vector the tattoo down).

    Do you mean actual eyelashes added to the existing eye, or something "eyelash" like with swirled curved pointed shapes ... as in the image provided?
