Hi everybody, maybe this is a super simple thing. I am new to Inkscape in the sense that I have not really explored all that it can do. Basically, I am now using it to modify figures, for example when there was a typo, and I do not want to do the figure again (because it takes a lot of time), or when I want to move one piece of text to the right to the left of a figure, very simple things. These figures were created with R, and I save them in pdf to modify them later if required But I have noticed that when I import the pdf file into inkscape and modify and export it as png again the font sizes changes and although the figure looks beautiful it often has different sizes of font, how do I correct that? I have changed dpi size to match the one I use in R when creating the figures but it does not seem to change anything. I will appreciate any hint. I know this is basically a very simple task for Inkscape but I really like the simplicity of the program and its intuitive use otherwise for my (yet simple) use of it.
Many thanks in advance,
Tisha
By the way, my operating system where I created the figure Windows 10
