Hello

I cloned (downloaded) from a gitlab repository an extension to Inkscape, and moved the necessary files to the extension folder:

C:\Program Files\Inkscape\share\inkscape\extensions

I quitted and opened Inkscape again so that the software can now read the extension, and the extensio, called Tex Text appears there but you can't click on it. It is in the color of gray. 

Can anyone tell of a solution?
