Beginners' Questions Cursor changing after hoovering over a selection

    After changing to version 1.1 I noticed a difference between that new version and the former. When I in the former version select a part using the cursor and then hoovering over that selection, the cursor changes from an arrow into a little cross which indicates that I can move(drag) that selection.Now in version 1.1 that handy possibility is not there anymore. How can I get that feature back?

    Not reproduced in v 1.2. I'd update.
