Hello, I'm new to Inkscape, so this might be my fault but I find this behavior strange. I want to cut the gray path from black circle in the Test_5zYOqgj.svg. The desired result would be Result_qZ4vf2g.png. But I get Result.svg
Oh, I get it. I converted my circle with object to path, which I saw in a Video. And it didn't worked for me so I assumed it was a Bug. But as I said I'm new and maybe I did understand something wrong in the video.

Where´s the red path?
Oh, i did color it gray, sorry. I thought i made it red
You need to convert the circle and "red" flash into shapes via Stroke-to-Path and then go Path->Difference:
Due a workflow change there will be 2 invisible groups remaining which I´d delete in the end.
Oh - and there´s no bug here - just make shapes out of your strokes - otherwise stroke width will be ignored.
Seems I can´t upload any more files:

Thanks for your help.
"Object to Path" and "Stroke to Path" sound similar. 😁
Cheers
