I can move the dialog around. all over the screen, even over the dock. However, I never noticed any indications/offers to attach it to the dock. Dragging it over the dock just places the dialog over the dock. Do you have a more precise position. Or is this subject to additional conditions or configuration options or environment?
I managed to detach a dialog from the dock by dragging it away, see screenshot.
I like to attach it again to the dock but failed to find a way to do it.
How to attach a dialog to dock?
I believe you need to click+drag at the label´s title („Fill and Stroke“) to the dock till it offers/indicates a space for releasing.
