Are the extension's posted at https://inkscape.org/gallery/=extension/ valid for Version 1.
I might suggest that a note be added to the Black Box at the bottom to indicate that they are compatible or not.
Some of them are, it depends on the uploader to tag the with 1.0 if they work with Inkscape 1.0
