I was wondering if there are Inkscape actions similar to Photoshop actions? 

I need to turn these arrow symbol shapes into SVG files. There are lots of arrow symbols. So, my question is, can I do that in an automated way?

These arrows are usually simply inserted as Glyphs in text objects - which easily con be converted to shapes at your will.

I attached a few as text and converted which can be copy&pasted as svg. Look of text depends on font of course.

But I really see no need to go what you suggest.

Yes, I know that. But, I want to make a pack of arrow SVG files. So, I need each arrow in a different SVG file
