1. A scrollbar if it there are too many options. At the moment the OK and abort button just vanishes.
2. Pages(tabs) side by side style option.
3. Hiding GUI elements toggle by gui options. I want to be able to show some options only if a condition is meet, like a boolean option is in a certain state or a certain option in a combo box is selected.
Also a search function for the name of extensions would be nice, there are so many now already build in and sometimes it gets hard to find the one you are looking for.
These re good feature requests. You will need to post these to the inkscape issues tracker (not the extensions tracker because these are all features of Inkscape itself and not the extensions repository)

I have a few requests for the INX defined GUI.
