Export>Win32 Vector Print - Flashes please wait msg, then does nothing (Ver. 1.1). Bug? - Beyond the Basics

I installed version 1.1 today on two different computers. The Extensions>Export>Win32 Vector Print, fails. A popup flashes a message less than 1 second "Win32 Vector Print, working, please wait...", then nothing happens. The expected printer settings dialog never appears. (Ver. Inkscape 1.1 c68e22c387, 2021-05-23). The older version before 1.0 worked (I uninstalled it). I tried installing on two completely different Windows computer systems and rebooting multiple times with the same failed result. I am running Windows desktop Ver. 10.0.19042. Is this a Software bug? Help ASAP - my business cannot run without this ability. I am exporting vector files to a laser for laser cutting. Can I download an older version somewhere?
