Hi, I'm trying to convert text for a project to a Hershey font, the conversion works fine, but it offsets each separate object to the right of each separate object's personal X-axis.
Is there any way for me to move the items back separately without dragging them manually? It's impossible to do this all by hand.
Thanks Tyler, I believe that to be the issue exactly! I'm a bit stuck here where I need the fonts to be single line fonts and at the same time stay in place. I tried importing the items into other programs like Rhino to see if I can move the text back into place using Grasshopper and some scripts I concocted, but Rhino doesn't import text, only curves so that's the end of that.
The issue as discussed in the Gitlab report suggest prior to applying Hershey Text, that copying and pasting in place the text items that are not rendering correctly will work as a good solution/workaround. I find this to be my solution as well. Great!

This linked issue may be related, and there is also the opportunity to contact the developer: https://gitlab.com/oskay/hershey-text/-/issues/7

I'd contact the developer, they may be able to help.
