I have a pro 7 surface and I see very small inkscape icons. Can anyone help me?

I assume you're using the stable version (0.92.4)?

If so, you have two options

• Adjust the scaling options of Inkscape (see file properties of inkscape.exe).
  You can set it to override scaling preferences of the application and use system scaling instead, which will result in a blurry UI, but with full size.
• Try a development version, as Inkscape 1.0 will come with native support for high resolution displays.
