I have Inkscape 1.3.2 on Kubuntu 22.04. I created an svg to print out a 3x3 grid of 9 bitmap images using guidelines to line them up. I sized each bitmap to 63x88mm. Everything lines up and looks correct in inkscape. I wanted to print it from inkscape, but apparently inkscape doesn't recognize a printer and I can't print from it. I did some research and found that apparently Inkscape is unable to print at this time?

But the more important issue is that I tried to print the svg from both the Brave web browser and from Libreoffice Draw. In both cases, when the image was printed each bitmap was only 60x84mm. I made sure in both cases to set it to 100% scaling and no margins, so nothing should have affected the size of each individual bitmap. Is this a known issue? Is there something else that would be resizing it?

    Thanks!

I'm not sure what's causing the discrepancy between the size of the images as defined in the svg file (63mm x 88mm) vs. the printed size (60mm x 84mm, 55mm x 77mm, etc.), but I found that if I sized the images in the svg to account for the discrepancy the printed size was correct. So I sized each bitmap to 66mm x 92mm in the svg and everything printed out at 63mm x 88mm, which is exactly what I needed.

I usually suggest saving a copy as pdf and printing the pdf. Typically, that is very accurate.
