I am trying to scale a shoe pattern (drawing) to 10 sizes of sequentially smaller proportions so that it can be printed. This is an ongoing workflow (i.e. editing master pattern, then scaling to 10 subsequent patterns), so duplicating the object and scaling individually 10 times every time is quite painstaking. Is there an easier way to do this? any help would be much appreciated!

I know that´s no "shoe pattern" but it´s a group of 16 pieces generated via Edit->Clone->"create tiled clones":
perfect. Is there any way to increase the decimal precision? the 3 decimal rounding is causing the scaling to be of by 1% for the smallest pattern.
Not sure what you meant. I can have smaller increments than 1%:
