    My OS is Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit. I downloaded Inkscape 0.92.4 .exe. Attached is a screen shot of an Inkscape opened PDF.

    The 32 Bit Download seems to work.

    Looks like a broken install. Please completely uninstall Inkscape, delte any leftovers, and re-install into an empty folder.

    Also check to make sure that previous versions of inkscape (from EXE or MSI packages) have been uninstalled.  (7z package is ok)
