I am trying to save the attached file as a PDF. When I do the colours in the PDF are inverted.
I have tried Inkscape Inkscape 1.1.2 (b8e25be833, 2022-02-05) x64, Inkscape 1.2.2 (732a01da63, 2022-12-09) x86, and Inkscape 1.2.2 (732a01da63, 2022-12-09) x64.
Windows 10 x64, all updates installed.
All have the same result. I see that there was some discussion of this issue, but the bug was supposed to have been fixed a couple of years ago.
If you are wondering about the file name, it's not a personal document (it's about computers) and the 1.1.2 refers to the fact that if I open it in Inkscape 1.2.2 the app is so slow it is unusable, so I use 1.1.2 to edit it instead.
I am using Sumatra PDF. I tried it with Firefox and it renders okay, so maybe this is a bug in Sumatra or the underlying PDF engine it uses. Thanks for confirming, I will file a bug report in the appropriate place.

Thanks for any assistance you can offer.
