*@Polygon Nope, but thanks :) "Via Path-> "Paste Path Effect"" applies to Paths. I am looking for something similar - like "Paste Filter Effects" Regards, Raaskot
But that´s already there and have been as long as I can remember: Copy a selected object - select the next you want to apply the filter and hit (macOS) cmd+shift+V or go Edit->Paste…Style (to get the shortcut for your OS):
Ah, I understand now, Thanks :) I haven't made myself clear enough. My intention is to convert or apply the effects into (a lot) of nodes – almost like "tracing" (or applying modifiers like in Blender ) the effect if it makes sense ...
Yet I begin to doubt that this feature do exist Kind regards, Mikael
Only thing comes to my mind is: Edit->make a bitmap copy and use Path->Bitmap trace on this. How this relates to Blender escapes me though I know what "modifiers" in 3d are.
Is it possible to convert Inkscape shapes with effects to new vectors for further node manipulation? In case, how?
Kind regards, Raaskot

(modifiers in) Blender ... "modifiers" in 3d
-- same thing.
Your suggestion making a bitmap copy/trace is useful. I'll go with that.
