I was just wondering... do you guys know where is the correct place for an inkscape user to place his/her request on a new feature?

I have an idea that could greatly enhance the text on path feature of the program. Just please let me know if this should be done here, GitLab, LaunchPad, or somewhere else.

I still wish there was a forum specifically for feature requests through, as many other software forums usually have one.
